The Requirements of Designing Wine Cellar Climate Control System

Generally, wine cellar climate control system , which is with low temperature and precision, is applied for the whole cellar, attempting to ensure its constant temperature and constant humidity. Wine cellar climate control system is the “heart”, which has very important effect once there is any problem that all cellars are likely to be destroyed.

1.Temperature: it should be 12~16℃ with precision less than 1℃;

2.Humidity: it should be 60~70% with precision less than 5%;

3.Noise: the indoor noise should be lower than 46dB(A) and the outdoors should be lower than 60dB(A);

The demands of ventilating:

1.The temperature of fresh air: 12~16℃;

2.The quantity of fresh air: it should be twice during 24 hours in the places having cellars while other places should be six times;

3. The equipment for ventilation: Total Heat Exchanger (HRV);
4. Noise: the indoor noise should be lower than 46dB(A) and the outdoors should be lower than 60dB(A);

Wine cellar climate control system, the technical device with constant temperature and constant humidity, is designed especially for cellar. But why does wine cellar need such device? This is because in that way the collected wine can be taken care of comprehensively.
