Ventilator system,composed of supply air system and exhaust system is uniquely for air handling, which is divided as pipeline type and the non-pipeline. The former is consist of PAU and pipe fitting, through which purifies the air outside, leads it into the room and exhausts the air inside out. The non-pipeline type is made of CAU, and functions as the pipeline type. Compared with pipeline ventilator system which is more suitable to be used in the factory or large-scale working area due to its quantities, the non-pipeline ventilator system is more favorable for family because of its installation. [1] In 1935, Alston Ceeyee has invented the first heating exchange equipment through repeated experiment which was able to filter the polluted air, named as
ventilator system.
The principles of ventilation
Ventilator system works according to the needs of ventilating the air inside the room. The specific equipment installed on side of the sealed room supplies the fresh air into the room while on the other side, the air will be discharged outside, forming a "fluid field of fresh air" in the room. The solutions: it is to depend on mechanical strength from high wind pressure and large flow fan to deliver the air into one side of the room and on the other side, special exhaust fan will be applied to exhaustion, making a fluid field of fresh air within the system by force. Delivering the air is going on with the filtering, sterilizing, disinfecting, oxygenating and preheating( in the winter) for the led air at the same time.
Functions
First, it takes the fresh air outside to replace the air polluted inside due to the residence and the lifecycle, keeping the cleanliness inside for some lowest standard level. Secondly, it is accelerating the heat dissipation in the body and prevent from illness due to the moist texture of the skin, which can be called as thermal comfort ventilation. Thirdly, [2] when the temperature is higher than that outdoors, it can lower the temperature of the buildings, which can be called as cooling ventilation of buildings.
Advantages
1. fresh air from nature can be enjoyed without opening the window;
2. "air-condition disease" can be avoided;
3. it stops the furniture and clothes from going moldy;
4. it cleans the poisonous gas which has been released for a long time after the interior finish, being food for health;
5. it recycles the humiture indoors and saves the cost of keeping warm;
6. it eliminates all kinds of bacteria and virus;
7. it is ultra-silence;
8. it lowers the concentrations of carbon dioxide in the room;
9. it keeps away the dust;
