The Working Principle of the Wine Cellar Air Conditioner

1. The role of the wine cellar air conditioner

In the design of wine cellars in a private villa, temperature control is the most important thing. Without the right temperature, the wine cellar will lose its value. In addition to good natural conditions, the temperature equipment of the wine cellar is also very important. There are strict restrictions for the wine cellar air conditioner, which are set mainly to ensure that the temperature of the wine cellar is always in a constant state.

2. The working principle of the wine cellar air conditioner

(1) Working conditions

The wine cellar air conditioner is suitable for spaces with air return system, and the normal working condition is from 5 to 43℃.

(2) The principle of refrigeration

The high-pressure liquid refrigerant flows out through the filter and enters the evaporator after throttling and pressure reduction in the expansion valve. Due to the decrease in pressure, the refrigerant continuously absorbs the heat transferred from the air to the evaporator in the evaporator and evaporates it into steam, which is then sucked in by the compressor. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the air-cooled condenser, and the heat is taken away thanks to the condenser's heat dissipation. The refrigerant becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid, and then passes through the filter to the expansion valve. This cycle continues, which moves the indoor heat to outdoors. Therefore, the indoor temperature can be reduced.

(3) Heating principle

When the temperature of the conditioned air is lower than the required temperature, the computer controller of the constant temperature and humidity machine will turn on the electric heater to heat the air and send it to the conditioned room through a fan to achieve heating.

(4) Dehumidification principle

When the humidity in the conditioned air is greater than the required value, the air is cooled to below the dew point temperature through the evaporator and air conditioner humidity control system, and the moisture in the air is precipitated to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.

(5) Humidification principle

When the relative humidity of the conditioned air is lower than the required value, the computer controller of the constant temperature and humidity machine turns on the electrode type humidifier to make it work, and the water is heated and boiled into steam, which is sent to the air-conditioned room through a fan so as to achieve the purpose of humidification.
